You can then assign these entities to any of your patients. You can also generate periodical treatment reports about your patients and view each session's results, and you can generate reports about your organization and clinics.
Clients, on this website you can answer questionnaires assigned to you by your clinician. Log in with your username and password and answer the questionnaires. Once completed, the fully answered questionnaire will be available for your clinician to view.
